See the recreated U.S. and British Armies gather for morning orders and prepare for the day.

Take part in history with a game of Graces, Hoops, or Farkle!

Musket Demonstration

Hear the crack of the musket and learn why linear tactics were used during the War of 1812.

1813 Patrol*

Step back in time as a "refugee" escorted to safety by a squad of U.S. troops. Hopefully you won't be ambushed by Indians!

Artillery Demonstration

Experience the roar of a cannon and learn more about these powerful weapons. Don't forget to cover your ears!

12:00 p.m.

The Battle for Fort Meigs Interpretive Talk

Historical Interpreters present an interactive discussion about the First Siege of Fort Meigs and life in 1813.

Drill with British Soldiers - Kid Friendly!

Kids (and kids at heart) can take up arms and learn to march and maneuver as the soldiers did during the War of 1812!

Battle Demonstration

The highlight of the day. See Dudley's Defeat recreated on the fields surrounding Fort Meigs.
